Right offers an in-house team of highly competent professionals and has a large pool of supplemental staff in reserve with substantial capabilities.

Project Management
The Right project-management system has been developed to efficiently coordinate the total project effort. Before a project begins, a project team is formed. The project manager provides the liaison between Right and the client, and oversees the day-to-day working of the project team. Administrative controls, including scope, schedule and budget are constantly monitored. Right uses computer program (Microsoft-Management) on all major projects to enhance effectiveness.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
An effective and powerful aspect of good management plan provides systematic Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the project. Right’s goal of assuring a high quality product is based on its commitment to systematic Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Systematic quality assurance and quality control is accomplished by appropriate and timely review and oversight by assigned personnel, of the project goals, contracted scopes of work, budgets, schedules, technical method, data documentation, and all work products.
Computer Capabilities
Right has in house computer specialists. The Right staff experience include writing computer programs to do structural analysis for conventional and seismic loads, extensive experience in the use of CAD program for engineering drawings and development of special programs for data storage and data evaluation. Our highly skilled staff has optimized structural analysis, design and presentation of engineering data by developing special computer programs. These capabilities complimented with computerizing any special situation in new designs make Right extremely efficient in meeting or exceeding the expectations of demanding schedules of our clients.
Value Engineering
Right has highly experienced and trained staff to review and evaluate existing designs and engineering plans/drawings to assess if the final product can be improved to meet the local codes and specifications in providing saving of costs and time in the field. Right will recommend the most efficient alternatives to design resulting in the most cost effective solution.
